Together for efficient representation interests of employees of companies in extractive sector
This project, implemented by organizations from Poland, Serbia, Macedonia, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Romania, and Spain, aims to improve employee involvement in decision-making processes related to changes in company policies caused by labor market game changers like globalization, automation, and climate change. The project specifically focuses on the extractive sector, which faces additional challenges related to decarbonization and renewable energy sources. The partners aim to develop effective mechanisms for employee participation in decision-making, tailored to the modern working environment in the extractive sector. The project includes activities such as kick-off meetings, working sessions to discuss key challenges, online consultations with experts, the development of a strategy for a socially responsible transition to a low-carbon and digital economy, the creation of a video manual, and a two-day training event, followed by a follow-up event.
