Online Kick-off meeting

The event consisted of an online kick-off meeting that formally marked the beginning of a collaborative project involving various organizations. During the session, each participating entity was introduced, highlighting their experience, activities, and role in social dialogue within the sector.

This was followed by a presentation of the project’s main objectives, which focus on the transition toward more sustainable models and the promotion of practices aligned with green development. The planned activities to achieve these goals were also outlined.

In the central part of the meeting, participants discussed the key challenges related to the green transition in their respective national contexts. Special emphasis was placed on the importance of employee participation in these processes, and key topics to be explored during the research phase of the project were identified.

Finally, the meeting concluded with a summary and a Q&A session, allowing all partners to align expectations and define the next steps.
